ON EDUCATION AND TRAINING

MCD Training, as a pivotal pillar of the UXI Artisan Development Group, has been dedicated to fostering global prosperity since. Our purpose is centred around guiding individuals towards their purpose, to create lasting impacts in their respective industries.

While training and development are essential components, our primary aim is to empower the next generation with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their fields. We are deeply committed to job creation, and through strategic partnerships with industry leaders in both the public and private sectors, we ensure that each of our students finds meaningful avenues to fulfil their purpose.

In 2025, MCD Training Centre moved locations and therefore decided to take the big leap in becoming Africa Skills VereenigingTech, expanding our impact and elevating vocational training standards. Together, we provide quality, accredited training that transforms lives and careers. MCD Training Centre will now trade as Africa Skills VereenigingTech.

OUR APPROACH

At MCD Training, our approach is centred on preparing individuals to become the future leaders of their industries. This approach translates into an education that is hands-on, emphasising vocational training and immersive work placement experiences. We take pride in our well-balanced model, allocating 30% to classroom learning and 70% workplace experience.

This deliberate combination ensures that our learners not only gain theoretical knowledge but also acquire invaluable real-world experience, distinguishing themselves in their respective fields and making them ready to transition into the workplace successfully.
